Chat GPT, writes a pitch for our project intended to impress the Connected Commerce Nights jury. Mondial Tissus, Dataggo and Akeneo have developed a connector between ChatGPT and the Akeneo PIM to automatically enrich and translate product sheets, while improving the customer and employee experience.

Today, we present to you a major innovation developed by Mondial Tissus, Dataggo and Akeneo: the GPT-Akeneo connector. This revolutionary solution has transformed the way Mondial Tissus manages its products online to remain a leader in its domestic market and become one internationally. Automatic enrichment, multilingual translation, improved customer and employee experience, and increased productivity are at the heart of this project.

Our GPT-Akeneo connector is an intelligent fusion of the power of AI and the flexibility of Akeneo PIM.

ALAIN AFFLELOU

Many glasses wearers wait more than 5 months to have an ophthalmology appointment. ALAIN AFFLELOU has decided to launch a new solution to provide access to vision care: tele-ophthalmology. We are the first to develop this service which consists of offering a patient a digital solution to access a consultation with orthoptists and ophthalmologists.

ELYN

Elyn allows brands to maximize the profitability of their online store with a SaaS returns management solution.
The solution makes it possible to offer automated exchanges, whether they are variants of the same product or different products, even at different prices (enabling an upsell at the return stage).
Brands equipped with Elyn (Balzac, Paul & Joe, The Bradery, Balibaris) reduce their reimbursement rate by up to -40%, in favor of exchanges.

In 2022, we gave a second life to 152,150 items of clothing, making us the leading French start-up in terms of volume of second-hand clothing collected.

PIKKOPAY

With a simple QR code, and without prior downloading, customers' smartphones are transformed into self-checkouts. Thus, they will be able to scan the barcode of their products, pay in one click, all from their smartphone.

Regarding payment, the customer takes a specific skip-the-line exit which allows systematic, rapid and secure verification.

CROSSROADS

The Hoplà chatbot, available on Carrefour.fr since June 9 for all of our customers in France, is entirely based on GPT-4 technology. We developed it internally with our e-commerce, IT and data teams in less than 5 weeks. This chatbot is based on 3 strategic objectives:
The “anti-inflation challenge” by proposing recipes and meal ideas based on a budget defined by the customer (eg, “Suggest me a meal idea for a family of 4 people and a budget of around 20 euros” )
“Eating better” by suggesting ideas based on specific needs (eg, vegetarian option, gluten-free, low sodium, sugar-free, etc.) and always favoring seasonal fruits and vegetables.
“Anti-waste” by providing ideas based on the ingredients remaining in the refrigerator (eg, “I have some tomatoes left, what possible recipe ideas?”).
Once the menu ideas have been proposed, the chatbot displays the corresponding products available in stock with the collection method chosen by the customer (drive or delivery) on a single page, from which the customer can add everything or some of the products in their basket. We have also integrated our already existing recommendation tools, in order to allow our customers to choose alternative products to those offered.
For several weeks, we have extended the functionalities of Hoplà in order to allow it to become a real shopping assistant by asking, for example, to offer food, non-food and mixed products for purchase (eg, offer me bread, paper towel and shampoo!). Hoplà also becomes a customer support assistant capable of answering the most common questions from site users ("where can I find my schedules?", "how do I know the balance of my loyalty kitty?").

ONEPILOT & QONTO

In 2022 Qonto buys its competitor Penta. They therefore call on Onepilot to help migrate the 50,000 Penta customers to Qonto smoothly. More than 100 Onepilot agents were onboarded in 1 month thanks to the proprietary Onepilot technology which allows agents to be evaluated and trained continuously. All this allowed Qonto to maintain their different KPIs for this migration.

REELEVANT & ETAM

Until now the only way to personalize was to segment or add triggers. With competition between all its messages and an increase in commercial pressure, increasing performance was impossible.

Thanks to Reelevant, Etam created and orchestrated a customer life cycle at the content level across all messages/campaigns, by merging animation plan, life cycle, loyalty program, etc. in a customer-centric vision.

Results: x7.8 responsiveness / x2.5 revenue

SIDE TEMP & BASIC FIT

Basic Fit's HR department had to respond to the urgent staffing needs of the rooms while maintaining control over requests. Side was able to find appropriate personnel and create a personnel request system with double validation (operational/manager) while respecting very short deadlines. Dynamic data reporting allows activity management.

Context: Casino_france is the 2nd distributor on Tik Tok with 300 K fans at the end of 2022.
Tiktok has 22M users in France and continues its strong growth since its launch. According to the No Scroll study from June 2023, 72% of social media users consider it important for a brand to be present on TikTok.

Ambitions: To become the leading French distributor on Tik Tok in order to develop our notoriety/visibility, our online presence, to reach a new, younger audience and connect to this audience in a creative, authentic and interactive way.

Results: nearly 1.2 million subscribers in October 2023 - No. 1 in French Retail and the 4th brand in all sectors combined - Monitoring of the turnover impact
