CARREFOUR

The Hoplà chatbot, available on Carrefour.fr since June 9 for all of our customers in France, is entirely based on GPT-4 technology. We developed it internally with our e-commerce, IT and data teams in less than 5 weeks. This chatbot is based on 3 strategic objectives:
The “anti-inflation challenge” by proposing recipes and meal ideas based on a budget defined by the customer (eg, “Suggest me a meal idea for a family of 4 people and a budget of around 20 euros” )
“Eating better” by suggesting ideas based on specific needs (eg, vegetarian option, gluten-free, low sodium, sugar-free, etc.) and always favoring seasonal fruits and vegetables.
“Anti-waste” by providing ideas based on the ingredients remaining in the refrigerator (eg, “I have some tomatoes left, what possible recipe ideas?”).
Once the menu ideas have been proposed, the chatbot displays the corresponding products available in stock with the collection method chosen by the customer (drive or delivery) on a single page, from which the customer can add everything or some of the products in their basket. We have also integrated our already existing recommendation tools, in order to allow our customers to choose alternative products to those offered.
For several weeks, we have extended the functionalities of Hoplà in order to allow it to become a real shopping assistant by asking, for example, to offer food, non-food and mixed products for purchase (eg, offer me bread, paper towel and shampoo!). Hoplà also becomes a customer support assistant capable of answering the most common questions from site users ("where can I find my schedules?", "how do I know the balance of my loyalty kitty?").

Context: Casino_france is the 2nd distributor on Tik Tok with 300 K fans at the end of 2022.
Tiktok has 22M users in France and continues its strong growth since its launch. According to the No Scroll study from June 2023, 72% of social media users consider it important for a brand to be present on TikTok.

Ambitions: To become the leading French distributor on Tik Tok in order to develop our notoriety/visibility, our online presence, to reach a new, younger audience and connect to this audience in a creative, authentic and interactive way.

Results: nearly 1.2 million subscribers in October 2023 - No. 1 in French Retail and the 4th brand in all sectors combined - Monitoring of the turnover impact

DIAKSE & GALIMMO

Notre projet consiste à la réalisation d’une expérience de réalité augmentée au sein du centre commercial de Cora Nancy, géré par Galimmo. 

L'idée est de reproduire une chasse aux œufs pour Noël ou une chasse aux bonbons pour Halloween, à la façon d’un Pokemon GO en centre commercial 

L’objectif est de faire parcourir un maximum de boutiques à un maximum de clients en leur proposant un jeu très simple, ludique, qui leur fait parcourir toute la galerie. Ainsi 2 objectifs sont retenus: créer du trafic dans le centre et dans les boutiques et embraser un maximum de coordonnées au moyen d’un lot à gagner pour ceux qui ont trouvé les œufs/bonbons cachés en réalité augmentée.

PCRM

ETAM

Identifier la cliente le plus tôt dans son parcours, personnaliser ses interactions, et faciliter le check-out;tels sont les leviers que les acteurs e-commerce optimisent pour maximiser leur performance. Et en magasin?   
Afin de répondre à ces challenges qui sont également très importants pour la performance magasin, nous avons développé en interne une application ultra ergonomique pour nos vendeuses: l’AppMag.   
Cette application permet à nos hôtesses de vente de faire du clienteling de mass, c'est-à-dire être capable de mettre en place des logiques de personnalisation en magasin dans un contexte de flux important.   
Pour réussir ce projet nous avons constitué une squad alliant développeurs et équipes terrain qui a pendant 12 mois travaillé in-situ en magasin pour développer l’application et réaliser des dizaines d’itération.   
Aujourd’hui l’AppMag est déployée sur l’ensemble des magasins du Groupe Etam en France et à l’international et est utilisée chaque jour par l’ensemble de nos équipes.   
Elle premet d'unifier et de fluidifier significativement nos parcours clients entre le digital et le magasin tout en créant des fonctionnalités qui n’existent pas sur le marché. 
L’AppMag est désormais au cœur de notre expérience en étant un vecteur de croissance de CA et de satisfaction cliente.
